The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Mission:
Responsible for unfolding the logistical operational planning of the company's strategies, acting on interfaces to connect necessary teams where sufficient communication and alignment can be established for building a path of consistent results. Contribute to teamwork to create an environment with a good organizational climate.
Daily Responsibilities:
Responsible for formulating electronic cargo manifests, ensuring that all related activities are performed efficiently and in compliance with current legislation;
Preparation of customs declarations for express shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory norms;
Continuous monitoring of transaction records in SISCOMEX Remessa Expressa to facilitate efficient clearance of shipments;
Conduct detailed analyses of import and export fiscal documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy of the presented data;
Follow-up on shipments selected for inspection or held during Customs Control verification, collaborating for the swift resolution of pending issues;
Preparation of performance reports (KPIs), analysis of data from these processes, and execution of corrective and preventive action plans for continuous improvements;
Proactive in identifying deviations and proposing actions for operational improvements, aiming to optimize the logistics flow and increase operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Higher education in progress in Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related areas;
Intermediate knowledge of Google tools (Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides);
Knowledge of customs legislation and regulations pertinent to the import and export process.
