Join us in shaping our future–and yours.What You Will Do The Tylenol Marketing Analyst is responsible for leading the brand and market diagnosis, executing the brand strategy across different touchpoints, suggesting improvements and efficiencies to the plan and collaborating with key stakeholders. As a Marketing Analyst, you will also review marketing presentations and follow-up activities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns for Tylenol in alignment with the brand's overall strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives. Identify and analyze market data and trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Manage budgets and timelines for marketing campaigns. Support on development and execution of communication campaigns integrating various stakeholders including communication and media agencies.Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts. Execute market business plans aligned with the company's objectives. Monitor local market trends, competition, and customer needs using available data and personal/team knowledge to identify new opportunities. Review marketing presentations and follow up activities to build market level awareness and adoption. Develop key partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders, including Finance, Supply, Trade, Franchise, E-Commerce, Medical Affairs, P&D and RegulatoryWhat We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced EnglishExperience with data analytics tools (CUP, IQVIA, Nielsen, Tableau, etc), Previous experience in marketing, with a focus on OTC and/or CPG products. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an owner mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
