About the Team:
Job Description:Prepare and participate in recurring meetings, business reviews, and workshops to support the business;Establish relationships with different partners within the company to optimize and improve operating standards;Structure data analysis to support discussions and pricing and rebate utilization recommendations;Seek improvement in work routines, with new analyses, ideas, and reports;Monthly/annual planning of KPIs for the cluster;Monitor the performance of the key KPIs;Design and monitoring of daily metrics aligned with the promotional calendar and seasonality;Extraction, organization, and development of reports, tools, and follow-up dashboards for the customer/commercial areas;Mapping and proposal of initiatives to improve activities in the area (efficiency, execution time, planning process, etc.);Develop and maintain various management reports;Ensure quality and standardization of processes;Be a support point for the team and serve as a bridge for the business;Requirements:VEM FAZER HISTÓRIA COM A GENTE.
