Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or a related field;
Experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, or a related role, preferably within an S&OP environment;
Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills for data analysis;
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Operations teams;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations to Sales and cross-functional teams;
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment;
Advanced English.
Atividades:
Demand Forecasting & Planning: Lead the development of accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights;
Ensure demand forecasts are aligned with business objectives and product availability to optimize customer satisfaction and inventory levels;
Sales Support & Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to understand upcoming customer demand, legal transportation requests, and new product launches;
Provide the sales team with data-driven insights and demand trends to help them meet their goals, improve customer relationships, and optimize sales strategies;
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance teams;
Data Analysis & Reporting: Work on demand planning tools and analytics to track forecast accuracy, identify potential gaps, and provide detailed reports on demand performance;
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving processes.
