Position Overview To advise the company and provide decision support, FP&A teams analyze financial data and monitor performance – including sales, expenses, profit, working capital, cash flow and other KPIs – on an ongoing basis.
Part of the role is to work with financial Data (such as P&Ls for the different business units) combined with business systems tables (such as order, product line reports, invoices etc).
The ability to understand the operational model and the financial situation of each business is what makes the position highly strategic.
This chair, while asking for prior experience and no-how already acquired regarding the day-to-day dealings that will take place, allows, at the same time, the professional to still glimpse the prospect of professional growth.
To achieve this, this professional will receive close and continuous monitoring from management, aiming to develop the skills and competencies necessary to pursue a successful career within the company.
What We Need From You Demonstrated results in improving processes and developing financial analytics, providing timely, relevant and accurate business insights.
Ability to go beyond the numbers to discern meaningful insights and identify business implications.
Highly proficient communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
Strong technical aptitude: advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and Teams.
Basic comprehension and keenness to learn SQL, Phyton and other financial consolidation systems is required.
