Manage Logistics Projects within SML, structuring and optimizing processes, digitizing, and implementing solutions, enhancing service experiences.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time. You will lead cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and oversee all aspects of project management to deliver successful outcomes.
**Key responsibilities**
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement project plans for service design initiatives, including user research, prototyping, and implementation phases.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Implement and maintain project quality control processes.
- Ensure timely delivery of project components.
**Requirements**:
- University degree within appropriate areas (ADM or Tech).
- Master's degree in Project Management or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- SCRUM, Agile will be considered differential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence people across different disciplines, cultures and organizational levels.
