**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Onboarding: Setup the Agenda negotiating with areas the participation in the process of integration new employees; Conduct the Institutional integration; Monitor the agenda during the integration, commucationg all responsibles during the day; Physical assembly of integration kits
- Diversity: Participate in the Brazil diversity committee as a Itapevi representative; Implement initiatives/programs to promote diversity at the location; Implement diversity communications through shopfloor employees
- Intern's Program: Responsible for the monthly meeting with the interns, bringing news and lectures about actual matters in the company; Responsible for aligning with the leader of the month to bring relevant experiences historys to the interns; Control intern's contracts with the their colleges
- Apprentice's Program: Participate in the meeting with the Non-governmental organization responsible for the apprentice's program; Control payment and invoices
- Our Stars Program: Prepare the letters with the ammount os stars to the employees; Delivery the letters to the leaders of shopfloor employees; Delivery the letters individualy to the fix employees; Control the number of stars of employees; Insert into the Viva Experiências website the numbers of stars to the employees that want to use the benefit; Arrange with the restaurant the dessert or candy that will given to the employees.
- Communication: Responsible for the internal message board in order to keep employees actualized; Report any issue related to the internal TV system; Open purchase order and send the bills to financial department related to communication matters.
- Support on general events and acitivities like: Thank You Week, Year End Program, Junina's party, Birthday gifts, "Apoio Conti" Program, OBL, GPTW, etc.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
Bachelor degree in Psychology, Business Administration or similar.
Advanced English
Experience in HR activities and processes
Proactivity and open-minded attitude
Flexibility and adaptability
