Your tasks
Act as an internal facilitator in all matters under his/her responsibility (Compensation and Benefits, Payroll related interfaces (payroll and legal relationship), HR controlling (Budget, KPIs and reports), Special Projects, Audits)Creation, updating and disclosure of the Remuneration procedurePreparation of salary proposals for hiring, promotion, transfer and meritParticipation and analysis of salary surveysCreation and updating of salary table and disseminating job descriptionsResponsible for the analysis and updating of the nomenclatures of the positionsAnnual planning and monthly monitoring of Headcount, of Laborcost and budget of general expensesResponsible for Simulations and Laborcost reportsIssuance of monthly reports of accounts related to administrative expenses to the HR teamReport of related reports and local and global KPI's demanded by the headquartersConduct competitiveness studies (e.g. Projects, footprint)Perform internal and external interface in personnel administration mattersConduct studies and analysis of related KPI'sPerform analysis of KPI's and propose actions to mitigate risks of loss of know-how and reduction of fluctuation, sickness, absenteeism)Execute and control demands related to Data ProtectionContribute to the consolidation of Brose as a preferred employer, reinforcing a people management environment suitable for the development of high-performance teams. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting orrelated areas Specialization in areas related to HR activityMinimum 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in generalist activitiesPrevious experience in industryKnowledge at least 3 HR subsystems Compensation and Benefits, HR Controlling and Payroll and Labor legal relationshipAdvanced ExcelPortuguese Mother tongueEnglish fluent conversation/correspondence
