We are looking for Analista de Suporte who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will: Facilitated escalation meetings with technical support department; Resolving technical issues associated with process controls; Provide day-to-day hardware and software technical support to users within their business unit dialysis facilities and administrative offices; Technical support and personalized service to less technically inclined end users in hardware/software proficiency.
Ideal if you have: intermediary English (Global Team).
Active Directory (AD DS), Desktop Management, Network Infra, Remote Access, O365, ServiceNow; Customer Service, Asset Management; Hardware Support Good to Have: Microsoft Certification and others.
