In this role you will:Facilitated escalation meetings with technical support department;Resolving technical issues associated with process controls;Provide day-to-day hardware and software technical support to users within their business unit dialysis facilities and administrative offices;Technical support and personalized service to less technically inclined end users in hardware/software proficiency.
