Academic Background: Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for data analysis (Excel, BI, etc.).Excellent analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Enthusiasm for research, report writing, and presenting findings.Intermediate/advanced English language proficiency (sufficient conversational level for sustaining conversations and making presentations).Experience ·        Fluency in English (there will be an interview phase in English)·        Import, Export and Logistic proficient knowledge·        Intermediate Customer Service knowledge·        Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel, Word, Outlook and other Office 365 tools·        Good communication and organization skills, deliver results Role and Responsibilities: Supply Chain:·        Lead import and export process for EUP and product under development phase which includes RET (Special Temporary Registration) procedures.o  Partner with customs broker for importation clearance until final deliveryo  Local deliveries from warehouse to all customerso  Importation of end use product from the United Stateso  Importation of raw materials from Europe·        Organize and review orders from growers observing quantities, batches, net and gross weight and other necessary information and documentation;·        Monitoring of inventory and identifying the need for replenishment.·        Control operations by type/quantity (Sales, demand generation, others)·        Support PVV global supply team with all Brazil data related to OPS·        Deal with CMOs: transport carriers, clearance and warehouse suppliers to ensure SLA and Cost·        Search and develop best Warehouse locations for Provivi ensuring compliance with global warehouse policy, legal requirements ensuring cost-effectiveness and near to customers site.·        Supply: Search and develop competitive vendors for ground carriers, warehouses, freight forwarders, etc. Finance·        Reconciliation of EUP and raw material·        Monitoring of product refilling processes (stock and tax);·        Understanding of tax administration involving the processes above (NFe, CTe, CFOP, invoices, etc.)
