Responsible for managing business between Eaton and customer leveraging new business and ensuring the sustainable maintenance of current businesses being consistent with the plans, strategic objectives and growth of the region.
Also responsible for supporting and participating in the Strategic Management of Customers on a local basis.
Support the organization's internal demands and resources in order to ensure accurate and timely information so that, plans, objectives and strategic decisions are taken by senior leadership with confidence and a high degree of success.
Technical knowledge of the business involving drawings, manufacturing, perform requirements and metallurgical specification to evaluate new opportunities with accuracy.Job Responsibilities1) Promotes Eaton solutions in an appropriate manner meeting customer needs by positioning Eaton as a preferred and valued supplier to each of our customers;2) Develops relationship at all internal levels of the organization, including engineering, manufacturing, finance and local leadership.3) Engineering support to main customers being responsible to analyze and drive actions internally.4) Supports and participates in the definition of local opportunities, being part of the Growth Strategy, sharing local information.5) Manages the C360 with all growth opportunities in a systematic and rigorous manner.6) Support and prepare the quotation process through team coordination, meetings leadership, critical analysis, alignment of expected results, timing, visibility and consequently reliable, accurate and strategic information for submission for approval by the leadership.7) Provide analyses on contracts, purchase orders, general terms and conditions and/or any other document in order to ensure the best conditions for the business, mitigating contractual risks for Eaton.8) Deeply cares about profitability, supporting actions to assure that all internal areas work in the same goal.9) Ensures that Eaton's Code of Ethics applies to all customers.#LI-IM1Qualifications:Engineering graduation and related areas (complete bachelor's degree)Experience in automotive or auto parts industryExperience in the commercial area with OEM customersAvailability to initially work at least once a week in person in São José dos CamposAdvanced English (reading, writing and speaking feel able to take part in conversations and meetings)Pacote Office and Power BiDesirable technical knowledgeGood knowledge in Marketing, Finance and Powertrain engineering.Technical knowledge/background to critical analysis on customer requirements: Metallurgical, process, tests, validation, etc.Skills:- Demonstrates interest in industry, products (components and assemblies), technology, opportunities, problem solving, business drivers and competition- Leadership style to drive and implement change- Empowerment- Property to propose solutions and recommendations- Interpersonal relationship- Highly oriented to result- Proactivity- Accountability- Good knowledge in finance- Good negotiation skills- High professional presence- Working in an ever-changing and challenging market environment- Balancing customer expectations versus Eaton's performanceWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
