We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our Tax and Financial Service delivery team in Londrina, Brazil. Role Overview : The Specialist for the Tax and Financial Service delivery team will be responsible for hands-on activity related to invoice processing and KPI's for stakeholders. This role requires extensive knowledge in Tax processes (particularly invoice processing, ideally within Oracle Cloud), and the ability to build and maintain relationships with our Brazil-based clients. The role will require subject matter expertise in reviewing and implement improvements as per business requirements. Key Responsibilities : Responsible for end-to-end invoice processing cycle, including validation, approval, and posting, with good knowledge of Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, SAP or TOTVS. Review existing controls and process checks and ensure zero backlog SPOC for processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Service level agreement (SLAs). Monitor/Modify the quality check process including Payment and Invoice Processing. Identify and implement process improvements. Manage customer queries and provide timely and effective resolutions. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, promoting best practices in service delivery and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulatory requirements. UAT SPOC for the Oracle Cloud implementation project for P2P workstream Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Strong experience in Tax department, with a strong focus on invoice processing (preferably in Oracle Cloud). Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing operational challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships. Proficiency in Excel. Experience in working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment is a plus. Experience with Oracle Cloud migration will be added advantage.
