We are charged with designing and executing world-class sourcing, logistics, fulfillment, and operational excellence strategies for our merchants and brands.Role for You Be passionate about the dynamic of the supply chain. Have knowledge of purchase planning, contributing since orders placement until receiving in warehouse. Being hands on and great people skills.Main ResponsibilitiesExecute and track Purchase Orders with Suppliers according to the instructions of Demand Planning. Track production milestones, update relevant teams and systems, and ensure our products are made correctly, on-time, and on-budget.Collaborate with team members and others to provide guidance and support on best practices of the import process.Deal with logistics providers and track Pingoo's direct imports.Keep updated register of all Pingoo direct imported products.Monitor KPIs and dashboards to provide comprehensive reports, analytics and visibility around S& OP process and planning performance to all cross functional stakeholders Acts as key point of contact for aligned customer groups to ensure strong visibility of product availability and/or supply issues back through the supply chainYou have these:Experience and/or contact with supply and purchase planningExperience in daily operations with various logistics providers.Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and develop reports.Proficiency with ExcelIntermediary English proficiencyWe'd love if you also had these:Experience with international purchasing and procurement.Experience working from the client side for E-Commerce and Consumer Goods companies.Familiarity with supply chain KPIsWhere you are located:Ideally in the São Paulo Metropolitan area. Work where you do your best work and come to the office for team meetings and collaboration sessions a few times a month.
