Analisar demanda de recebimento, expedição e armazenagem de materiais, bem como estabelecer relação direta com demais áreas de Supply Chain e PCP com objetivo de atender as separações e envios de pedidos da área Comercial. Analisar os embarques críticos e rotineiros, e follow up com Engenharia e PCM para ajuste de MP. Manter organização das áreas de armazenagem, estoque intermediários e assegurar a qualidade de entrada do produto acabado e devoluções no que tange a quantidade e emissão de documentos fiscais, evitando débitos e falhas de envio e recebimento. Manter registros das atividades que permitam rastreabilidade das informações de movimentação e armazenagem. Analisar e acompanhar inventários e assegurar a correta movimentação física e de sistema dos materiais.
Assegurar a melhoria dos indicadores, em especial de Devoluções e Baixas de estoque. Utilização do pacote Office do Windows associados aos seus conhecimentos industriais de engenharia e logística.
Analisar as rotinas de trabalho implantadas. Analisar e executar os inventários cíclicos e gerais.
- Analisar a ajustes de matérias-primas, máquinas e materiais da empresa
- Analisar estratégias para armazenagem e distribuição de produtos
- Analisar e processar pedidos de transporte, entregas e retiradas de materiais, entradas e manutenção do estoque intermediário
- Analisar e controlar indicadores, fluxos, custos e relatórios de desempenho operacional e de transporte
- Analisar e otimizar rotas, processos e frota
- Analisar os indicadores de desempenho do processo logístico.
