As a result of this, our Global Service Center (GSC) in Asia has partnered with the Americas region to create a new GSC hub in the Americas based in Mexico City, Mexico, and a dedicated GSC satellite center in Santos, Brazil.These new locations are designed to enhance our customer experience by being even closer to them, facilitating multi-lingual and scalable talent availability, enabling standardization of processes while supporting our customers' growing needs.As an Accounting Analyst, you will:Perform bank account reconciliations, posting, and follow-up on open items.Execute cash sweeps, remittances, and fund transfers in ledger/agency books.Manage country liquidity and treasury-related tasks.Develop internal performance-based reporting using Control Dashboards elements and similar tools.Complete general management and ad-hoc reporting tasks.Manage and provide required information for the account reconciliation process (including troubleshooting tasks such as clearing pending lines and/or issues).Perform accounting processes, including: purchase order creation, purchase invoice creation, balance matching, posting of external bank statements, posting of In-House-Bank statements, technical account clearing, and In-House-Bank interest rate calculation.Stay up-to-date with A.P. Møller – Mærsk Accounting Principles, local accounting guidelines, and internal manuals.We are looking for:A motivated team member with a complete academic background in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.At least 2 years of experience in accounting processes.Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.Strong English language skills (oral and written): Intermediate (B1+) or higher.Familiarity with reporting tasks and local GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and others.If you're a motivated and customer-focused professional looking for a fresh opportunity, we encourage you to apply!
