We are looking for a Communications Analyst to join our team in Latin America If you love creating amazing content, organizing communication plans that engage everyone from the shop floor to senior management, and working in a dynamic, multicultural environment, this opportunity is for you Main Accountabilities Communication Assist in the development and continuous improvement of a regional Communications Plan (channels, content/ key messages, audience, frequency) that supports the company's goals, in alignment with regional and global functional leadership Edit and/or develop content and layout/visuals for established communications channels (email, newsletters, intranet, videos, external letters, press releases, etc.) within the corporate framework / identity Support a regular, timely and relevant information flow regarding key organizational messages, business updates, initiatives and projects throughout the organization (from shop floor to senior management), to support improved employee engagement Develop a network of internal communication champions within Spanish-speaking countries and key functions in Latin America to stimulate content and provide feedback for the department Liaise with and act as business partner for a wide range of functions to support their communication needs Safeguard the use of all LSG Group brands within and beyond limits of own area Perform any other duties within the regional communications function as required Organization Organize area of work appropriately; ensure that local Latin America policies and guidelines are adhered to (time keeping, etc.) Knowledge, Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or related Language skills: Spanish – Fluent (preferably native), English and Portuguese- Intermediate 3/4 years of communications experience, with focus on internal employee communication Excellent writing skills, ability to produce, interpret, translate texts within business context Experienced users of image / video editing software (Illustrator, Premier, Canva) Strong service orientation, self-directed, detail-oriented, proactive and hands-on individual, natural relationship builder
