**Roles and responsibilities**
**Data Handling and Analysis**: Effectively manage diverse data formats, (collect, clean, and process) in various formats from diverse sourceconstructing and executing procedures for statistical and econometric analyses.
**Analytical Output**:Generate and format analytical outputs, including tables, graphs, and maps to visually represent research findings.
**Content Production**: Collaborate closely with the Communications team in the writing and editing of high-quality CPI products, encompassing technical papers, comprehensive reports, policy briefs, white papers, and presentations.
**Engagement and Communication**: Engage with policymakers, researchers, and stakeholders from the private and non-profit sectors throughout the research process. Communicate the implications of research findings effectively.
**Research Integrity**: Strictly adhere to transparent and reproducible research requirements in the execution of daily tasks.
**Other**:Be open to (domestic) travel if required to fulfill job responsibilities.
**Qualifications and Experience**
**Required**
- A commitment to CPI's mission and values.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance or a related field
- Proven experience with data management and analytics (R or Stata)
- Verbal and written proficiency in Portuguese and English languages
- Flexibility, professionalism, enthusiasm for working as part of a team, and an ability to interact with a diverse array of people.
- An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
**Beneficial**
