What you'll do:
- Contribute to improvements to our systems and associated processes.
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Work with vendors and other 3rd parties to ensure timely resolution of issues.
You'll have the following skills and experience:
- Higher education, preferably in the field of Information Technology.
- Experience supporting Infor Cloudsuite (or other ERP platform).
- SQL Experience desirable.
- ITIL foundation desirable.
- Very strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Troubleshooting experience.
- Experience working with Cloud platforms.
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Reside in the Jaguariúna region, with a hybrid work regime, going to the Jaguariúna office three times a week.
