The Consumer Promo & Content Analyst will work with different brands from the Nutrition portfolio, building experience on global & local brands.
**What You'll Do for Us**
- ** Manage **the creative development process, together with Creative Strategy Director, to define the winning insights, creative territory and narrative
- ** Collaborate **with End-to-End & Brand Leads to map opportunities for disruptive creative narratives, building a plan to translate those opportunities into actions.
- ** Define **the content amplification plan and development cross marketing sub-functions (including but not limited to Design, Connections, Consumer & Shopper Engagement, Digital, Media), working together with the IMX (Integrated Marketing Experience) team & local markets
- ** Develops **Consumer Promotions when it is a critical component of the big idea and scalable to ensure relevance and efficiency
- ** Develops **Consumer execution guidelines and** Supports** Marketing Execution by handing over to local marketing teams (Frontline) robust activation tool kits and materials for seamless market activation
- ** Aligns **key stakeholders to IMX (Integrated Marketing Experience) strategy; leading agency relationships and identifying innovative ways to measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns
- ** Translates **Consumer Insights and touch points expertise into concrete communication and brand activation strategies and plans
**Qualification & Requirements**:
- Communication and creative experience (+3 years)
- Great consumer understanding and cultural trends
- Experience content & production creative development
- Ability to decode IMX strategy and execution plans
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Agency Creative or Planning Experience is a plus
- Role will require frequent communication with Creative Strategy, Category Lead; E2E Lead & IMX Sub-function Leads; Frontline teams
- Must be comfortable pushing for innovative approaches to communications development and building buy-in across key internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to brief agencies to develop content and communication materials for several categories and channels
- English and Portuguese are required;
