This is a fully remote role with a primary focus on recruitment but also includes responsibilities in Payroll , Benefits , Vacation Control , Onboarding , and more. Key Responsibilities Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing offers for roles across the company. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Bonus Administration: Manage bonus payments for contractors. Vacation Tracking: Maintain accurate vacation records and ensure compliance with vacation policies. Onboarding: Develop and execute onboarding processes to help new hires integrate into the company smoothly. Employee Engagement: Support efforts to foster a positive company culture by driving initiatives that align with our values. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and Canadian labour laws and company policies. Support People Operations: Assist in other HR-related tasks, including handling employee relations, performance management, and implementing HR policies.
