**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an Analyst in Procurement (Sourcing & Contracting) responsible for supplier management for base/preferred suppliers. Request For Quotation (RFQ), negotiation, contract management. Analysis of suppliers, competition, benchmark, spend etc. Responsible for supplier management in line with strategy, process and KPIs for assigned suppliers.
This is a full-time position based at our Tetra Pak office in Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil OR at Panama City.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
This is a sensitive position according the AEO Sensitive Positions policy in Brazil.
**What you will do**:
- Drive sourcing and contracting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies.
- Drive compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts and best practices.
- Deliver training and support End User in relevant tools, usually 1:1 instruction.
- Participates in target follow up and corrective action. Communicates results and acts as a proactive partner to End Users.
- Ensures correct usage of relevant tools.
- Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner.
- Works according to good practices and facilitate networking on site.
**We believe you have**:
- Bachelor's degree or current university studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferably global or international experience in sourcing contracting and supplier base management.
- Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
- Intermediate level of Spanish language (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of IT system SAP Ariba is preferred
