Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential.Title and SummaryAnalyst, Product Delivery ¦ Opportunity reserved for PWD candidates onlyOverviewResponsible for the Mastercard Academy and AOW Inbox management: respond to customer inquiries promptly and resolve day-to-day customer issues related to Academy trainings and AOW.Role:Manage the administrative end-to-end delivery of trainings to customers.Help create marketing flyers for courses.Send course invites/confirmations to customers.Make room reservations and organize/arrange training venues.Schedule open and customized courses in Cvent, following the orientations with accuracy.Lead and arrange logistics for courses (virtual or face-to-face delivery).Host and support trainings and events, helping the organization when needed.Manage speakers and course demand communication/scheduling with them.Upload course feedback to share folder.Provide welcome kits/gifts to customers.Provide feedback reports to stakeholders.Maintain internal Academy records database (trainer names, dates, participants, etc.
).Produce area reports (manage database and spreadsheets), both recurring and ad hoc, on training activity, feedback reports, financials, planned courses/forecast, etc., for the local team and management.Assist in the courses planning and yearly calendar.Manage Academy supplies inventory: check stock, anticipate requests, place orders, verify receipt, etc.Manage Academy suppliers (receive invoices, provide payment, etc.
).Maintain registration website updated (Calendar of Events).Other ad-hoc administrative support as needed in the area.Skills/Qualifications:Great verbal and written (Portuguese and English) communication skills.
