Android Tv Developer

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Android TV Developer to join their team. This person will be supporting the development of new features on their TV applications such as profile creation, book marking videos and more!Desired Experience:5+ years of experience with Android development (preferrable Android TV/Fire TV, but only mobile could be sufficient) Recent experience with Kotlin and Kotlin coroutinesAndroid Architecture Components and Java Foundation and standard librariesExperience with MVVM ArchitectureUnit testing experience to test code before deploymentComfortable with developer tools including Jira, Confluence, GitHubStrong communication, ability to explain thought process and technical expertiseCompensation: $35/hr to $40/hr USD. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
