The AP/AR Representative will perform a variety of administrative accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong bookkeeping skills and experience in handling AR/AP functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Payments Matching: Accurately match payments in QuickBooks and ensure all financial records are up-to-date.
Invoice Reminders: Send out timely invoice reminders to customers to facilitate prompt payments.
Payment Follow-ups: Follow up with vendors regarding payment requests to ensure completeness and compliance.
Payment Review and Approval: Review payment requests and either approve payments or request additional information from vendors as necessary.
General Bookkeeping: Perform other bookkeeping duties as needed, maintaining organized and accurate financial records.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in AR/AP or general bookkeeping.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills for vendor and customer interactions.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
High level of integrity and reliability.
Working Conditions:
Work schedule: part-time - approximately 5 hours per day (17:00-22:00 or 09:00-14:00 CET)
