This role requires a deep understanding of the payments landscape, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.What will I be doing?Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the adoption of non-card payment solutions in the LATAM region.Identify and target potential clients who would benefit from incorporating non-card payment methods into their payment offerings.Expand and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell non-card payment solutions.Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to non-card payment adoption.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored non-card payment solutions.Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of non-card payment methods and how they can enhance the client's payment process.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the payments industry, particularly related to non-card payment methods in LATAM.Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of non-card payment solutions.Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.What skills do I need?Experience selling non-card payment methods and knowledge of the payments industry in LATAM.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Perseverance.
