Application Change Management System Engineer is responsible for overall system integrity and coordination with other IT support units to manage changes within the systems in scope. This is applicable mainly, but not limited to SAP systems. Detailed Description and Tasks Performed: This role includes, but is not limited to the following: - Follow The Sun (FTS) change management support for all SAP systems, change freeze activities and migration windows for Productive landscape, SAP upgrade activities and system refresh activities - Use Solution Manager, SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM), Focused Build and SAP Transport Management System (STMS) to move application changes through 30+ 3-tiered environments as well as N+1 environments - Member of a global AGILE team - Implement and maintain change management control practices within the SAP systems to ensure system integrity/availability - Troubleshoot change management related incidents and issues across all SAP landscapes - Global communications on a daily basis with a large number of process and technical team members - Identify and capitalize on opportunities to make support more efficient within the teams - Main point of contact for process teams/technical teams/project teams for change scheduling for projects and small work items, assisting with change management - On-call during off-hours (support provided from 3 geographic regions, limited weekend support required) - Participate in Disaster Recovery process Required Technical Skills: Solution Manager (ChaRM, Focused Build); General SAP; General ServiceNow; General MS Office tools; General MS SharePoint Soft Skills, Other Requirements or Comments: - Desired Technical Skills: LiveCompare, SAP BASIS, ServiceNow Development, Scripting Experience - Driving Functional Excellence - Quality of Work - Quantity of Work - General AGILE knowledge (following and respecting AGILE working methodology rules & requirements) - Safety Awareness - Sensitivity to Security & Confidentiality - Adaptability to Time Pressures & Changing Priorities - Communication Skills and fluency in spoken English - Comprehension - Analytical & Evaluation/Interpretation Skills - Coordination & Teamwork - Creating Ownership of and Commitment to Organization s Purpose - Creativity & Innovation - Customer Orientation - Decision-Making & Business Judgment - Initiative & Self-Monitoring - Interacting with Others - Planning & Organizing Own Work - Solving Job-Related Problems
