To provide the customers with a high quality software support service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Installation/Configuration
Configure computers systems and basic applications
Install and uninstall computer applications
Problem Solving
Receive the requests for support from the customers and properly record them
Analyze the problems and solve them considering the level of complexity (Low – Medium)
The need for assistance in the regional office: 50% of total tickets with assistance from other offices or global support as needed
The need to program
Solution without programming: 100% of total tickets that don't need programming
Solution with programming: 50% of total tickets that need programming
Support & Project Activities
Deliver training for employees and customers
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering)
English (oral and writen) highly desirable
Modular Applications Certificate (Dispatch, MineCare, ProVision)
Computing, operational systems (Windows, Linux) (mandatory)
SQL Databases (mandatory)
Proficiency in one programming language (Modular Forms – Mandatory, Other – Desirable)
