**Job Purpose**:
To provide the customers with a high quality software support service.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Installation/Configuration
Problem Solving
- Receive the requests for support from the customers and properly record them
- Analyze the problems and solve them considering the level of complexity (Low - Medium)
- The need for assistance in the regional office: 50% of total tickets with assistance from other offices or global support as needed
The need to program
- Solution without programming: 100% of total tickets that don't need programming
- Solution with programming: 50% of total tickets that need programming
Support & Project Activities
- Deliver training for employees and customers
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering)
- English (oral and writen) highly desirable
- Modular Applications Certificate (Dispatch, MineCare, ProVision)
- Computing, operational systems (Windows, Linux) (mandatory)
- SQL Databases (mandatory)
- Proficiency in one programming language (Modular Forms - Mandatory, Other - Desirable)
