Job Duties and Responsibilities Installation/Configuration
Configure computers systems and basic applicationsInstall and uninstall computer applicationsProblem Solving
Receive the requests for support from the customers and properly record themAnalyze the problems and solve them considering the level of complexity (Low – Medium)The need for assistance in the regional office: 50% of total tickets with assistance from other offices or global support as neededThe need to program
Solution without programming: 100% of total tickets that don't need programmingSolution with programming: 50% of total tickets that need programmingSupport & Project Activities
