Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients across various platforms, including Upwork , email , LinkedIn , and cold calls .
You'll set appointments, follow up on no-shows, and make sure our sales professionals are in front of as many prospects as possible.Your core responsibilities will include:Answering Questions: Responding to basic inquiries about our products and services.Scheduling Consultations: Organizing one-on-one or group meetings between prospective clients and our Sales Representatives.Tracking Communications: Keeping detailed logs of calls, including follow-ups for unanswered calls.Reaching Out to Prospects: Actively contacting potential clients who have not yet responded, including cold calling and emailing.Managing Cold Calls: Introducing our products and services via cold calls and emails to prospective clients.What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:Appointment Setting Experience: Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role.Upwork Expertise: At least 2 years of experience using Upwork for lead generation.HubSpot Familiarity: 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.Cold Calling Experience: Comfort with conducting cold calls to introduce products and services.Attention to Detail: Ability to stay organized and maintain detailed logs of all communication.English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Professionalism: A courteous, results-driven, and persuasive communication style.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to independently handle challenges and find solutions.Adaptability: A flexible mindset and readiness to thrive in a rapidly growing, dynamic environment.What We Offer At GigRadar, you'll find a supportive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.
