Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Food and Beverage, Retail, Automotive, and Manufacturing sectors.
• Identify and target potential clients, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Requirements: • Proven experience in sales, specifically in technology services, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working with large multinational software/IT services organizations.
• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English languages.
• Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) organizations is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the Food and Beverage, Retail, Automotive, and Manufacturing industries in Brazil.
Education: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
A Master's degree would be an advantage.
