In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Customer focused: Understand the pain of the customer in the marine industry and being able to solve this pain by offering MTM solutions; Strategic Sales Management: Develop the strategic plans for each country allocated and follow up on the progress to grow the sales, increase market participation and profitability, according to budget, growth initiatives; Application of tools and procedures: Use tools like Poseidon (CRM) and MTM sales policies.
Report on developments, detail your funnel, handle your budget and give regular and accurate input to POR and SE&OP; Growth driven: Actively searching for new applications within the existing customers and beyond encouraging new relationships and customers, in order to grow market share; Solution selling: Understanding the complexity of system sales and deliver complete solutions to our customers; PPP: Winning strategic project business identified through the Global Project list and with a strong emphasis on driving Vessel Owner Loyalty to MTM; Interpersonal savvy; Handle and develop clients and the agent network, being able to communicate and cooperate with different internal and external functions; Site Administration Use tools like (Config Price Quote software), BI Tools (Microsoft Power B), CRM, Market Focus to work efficiently and with focused approach; Lead or participate in the global sales Project Pursuit Process and implement clean project handover in accordance with the set structure and ensure proper sign off and documentation; Build a funnel utilizing key sales initiatives in your area, develop a complete budget with supporting material, provide reports on developments and progress; Manage and develop the agent network.

Balance agent and direct to channel to maximize value for Emerson and customer; Develop the strategic plans for each country, build the sales funnel to meet the budget allocated and follow up on the progress of each account and opportunity to grow the sales, increase market participation and profitability; Actively engage in the execution of the strategic plan for the company; Manage and grow existing accounts; Establish and cultivate new accounts for continued growth.
For This Role, You Will Need: Education: Bachelor Degree or similar level; Experience: International Sales Experience of technical products.
Preferably in the maritime business; Languages: English & Portuguese (and one additional foreign language) orally as well as in writing.
