Area Sales Manager

The Candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities.
The Candidate is also primarily responsible for the recruitment of agents, developing business distribution channels, managing staff in addressing customer requirements, and addressing any escalated customer service issues.
Responsibilities:

Business development activities of the branch
Intermediary servicing
Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses and asset management
Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of management or supervisory experience
Experience in recruiting and training intermediaries
1+ years insurance-related job
Preferably with valid driver's license
