Job Summary:The Area Sales Manager has primary responsibilities for selling AVAVA's MIRIA device in the given territory. The Area Sales Manager has high accountability for achieving the territory sales quotas and objectives.
Responsibilities:Achieving capital sales quota results in the assigned territory. Responsible for performing territory penetration through effective prospecting, cold calling, and follow up.Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and initial contact to ensure alignment with the company's target market.Adhere to AVAVA's sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent and effective sales strategies.Pre-planning sales calls and maintaining efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service.Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.Supporting and helping to facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory and area.Preparing sales contracts, quotes, price, and terms per company guidelines.Completing administrative responsibilities including use of the CRM, business plans, weekly expense reports, and up-to-date account profiles.Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.Developing and maintaining supportive, productive and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Demonstrated success in selling capital equipment, preferably in the aesthetic industry or in business-to-business capital sales.Documented quota achievement and/or President's Club achievement in prior roles.Valid driver's license and a good driving record to meet travel requirements for client visits and sales meetings.Must be able to drive a personal, reliable vehicle for company business. A personal vehicle is required.Ability to travel adequately to cover territory including overnight stays, attend tradeshows, and corporate and training meetings.Physical Demands:The following physical requirements are necessary to perform the essential functions of this job:
Travel: 30-70%Lift, push, pull, and carry products up to 45 pounds.Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and moderate noise levels.Exposure to hazardous chemicals or materials.Wear safety shoes compliant with site-specific policies in designated areas.*Base Salary starting at $85,000 per year and total compensation starting at $300,000 per year.
