As an Asset Scheduler, your primary objective will be to steward the scheduling process for 14, 28, and 90-day plans, ensuring seamless coordination across functional networks of schedulers and planners.Your goal is to identify optimisation opportunities, resolve clashes, and maximize business value by creating and maintaining the optimal asset schedule.Key accountabilities include:Plan, create, publish, and maintain 14, 28, and 90-day activity schedules for assigned asset area, integrating input from various teams.Develop and maintain a 2-week calendar of work activities at the asset by operational area, ensuring daily resolution and efficient resource utilisation.Compare and optimise integrated schedules for the asset, ensuring alignment with available operations resources and escalating conflicts/gaps.Achieve optimal resource utilisation by loading to agreed values and geographical campaigns, minimising conflicts and maximising efficiency.Minimise production impacts from work associated with the assigned area, prioritising safety and operational continuity.Improve safety for maintenance execution and operations teams by minimising conflicts, identifying work consolidation opportunities, and ensuring compliance.Review materials ordered for each schedule period with the material coordinator, ensuring availability on-site at execution to prevent delays.Drive scheduling improvement efforts by analysing KPIs affecting scheduling and execution performance, providing recommendations for improvement measures, and coordinating asset schedules effectively.About YouYou are a meticulous and a forward-thinking Asset Scheduler, adept at managing complexity and driving efficiency.
