Assistant / Analyst Jr BPO,

In this role you will:
Keep documentation organized and accessible for the sales team.Assist in carrying out the daily activities of the sales force team (força de vendas).Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing agendasCollect, organize and analyze sales and performance data.Keep the information database updated.Customer service via email and teams
And much better if you stand out for:
Good knowledge in "Informatica", with knowledge about Windows, systems, email (Outlook), folders and Package Office.IMPORTANT – Have good experience in Excel
Desirable Skills:
Experience in Sales Force (Força de Vendas) ActivitiesKnowledge of Procurement and Purchase Orders (Ordem de Compra)English Language
