Processing invoices in the SAP system. ? Resolving issues related to invoices with suppliers and requesters. ? Receiving invoices ? Analyzing taxes according to the type of service or material. ? Performing administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing agendas ? Participating in alignment meetings with the client ? Daily communication with requesters and suppliers ? Update Vendor Master Data to guarantee the process of invoices until the payment (on demand).And much better if you stand out for:Knowledge about Invoice Processing (Processamento de Notas Fiscais); Understand the process about Finance (Accounts Payable).Knowledge of Brazilian TAX (PIS/COFINS/ISS/ICMS etc). Good knowledge in "Informatica", with knowledge about Windows, systems, email (Outlook), folders and Package Office. IMPORTANT – Have good experience in Excel. Desirable Skills: ? Experience in SAP as USER in Finance Area (Posting of invoices) ? Experience in KPIs and work based on SLA's ?
