Responsibilities and Duties Assist in responsibility and accountability of all aspects of the storeKey operational performance assessmentGeneral administrationManage stock control and shrinkagesPOS process managementHR/IR managementCustomer service and satisfactionMerchandising principles and marketing implementationOperations policy and procedureAssist in ensuring that sales and all expenses are in line with budgetEnsure that stock indicators are in line with company benchmarksStore profitStaff managementBranch management in the absence of the Branch ManagerQualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 12Relevant Degree/Diploma (advantageous)At least 3 years' experience in the Agricultural Sector in a Retail Management roleCustomer service experienceComputer literate (Microsoft Office)Valid drivers licenseMust be a dynamic, self-motivated and professional individualPlanning and time management is essentialBe able to work in a teamBilingual (English / Zulu); Afrikaans (advantageous)Willing to work outside of normal working hours when necessaryAbility to work in a corporate environmentTraceable references
