This position will provide support, guidance, direction, and supervision to assigned clinical staff.
The Assistant Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing services, overseeing clinical programs, and monitoring staff under supervision.What we offer:Competitive compensation: $26.00-$28.00/hourlyStudent loan repayment assistance for eligible rolesBonus program(s) for eligible rolesCareer development and advancement opportunitiesGreat company cultureHealth, Vision, and Dental plans for full-time partners401(K) retirement savings programMileage and phone reimbursementRole Responsibilities:Carry a caseload to meet set billable services, including:Providing a minimum of 100 billable hours a month or 95% of assigned supervision hours.Ensuring that 85% of clinical direct services are provided monthly with few or no cancellations.Managing a caseload to meet clinical quality standards, including:Individualizing Client program development across skill levels.Monitoring Client progress and making data-driven adjustments to the treatment plan.Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of Client progress.Consulting with case Providers on behavior treatment plans.Providing feedback to supervisors regarding instructors on each case.Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.Supervising a team of behavior technicians, providing ongoing training and support.Completing reports for behavioral health treatment plans for the caseload.Providing parent training.Must Haves:Master's Program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.2 years' clinical experience including direct service delivery with individuals with varying diagnoses.Minimum of 1 year supervision experience.Education verification upon role acceptance.Nice to haves:Excellent clinical and leadership skills.Fluency with Microsoft Office programs.Self-motivated and excellent time management skills.Skills consistent with serving culturally and linguistically diverse families.360 Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
