What would this role do? The Assistant Clinical Supervisor Level III plays a critical role in guiding the professional growth of our team, providing support, guidance, direction, and supervision to assigned clinical staff. This position is responsible for overseeing clinical programs and monitoring staff under his/her supervision.
What we offer: Competitive compensation: $26.00-$28.00/hourlyStudent loan repayment assistance for eligible rolesBonus program(s) for eligible rolesCareer development and advancement opportunitiesExpansive Health, Vision, and Dental plans for our full-time partners401(K) retirement savings programMileage and phone reimbursementRole Responsibilities: Carrying a caseload to meet set billable services, including:Providing a minimum of 100 billable hours a month or 95% of assigned supervision hours.Ensuring that 85% of clinical direct services are provided monthly with few or no cancellations.Providing and presenting the utilization report to direct supervisor monthly.Managing a minimum of 980 billable services a month.Individualizing Client program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.Monitoring Client progress, conducting ongoing assessments, and making data-driven adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of Client progress, interventions, and outcomes.Consulting with case Provider on behavior treatment plans, recommendations, and transition plans prior to adjusting.Providing feedback to supervisor regarding instructors on each case.Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on findings.Collaborating with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure support to Clients.Supervising a team of behavior technicians, including:Providing ongoing training, guidance, and support.Providing formal performance evaluations.Providing clinical consultation that includes behavior plans and programming to clinical staff.Completing reports for behavioral health treatment plans for the caseload.Providing parent training.Maintaining reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.Ensuring that the company's "zero tolerance policy" is understood and implemented.Ensuring that HIPAA compliance is understood and reinforced.Complying with all Mandated Reporting Laws and Regulations.Must Haves: Master's Program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.2 years of clinical experience, including:Direct service delivery with individuals with varying diagnoses, diverse levels of functioning, and broad range of ages.Implementing Client behavior plans across skill levels.Report writing.Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.1 year of supervision experience.Education verification upon hiring.Nice to Haves: Excellent clinical and leadership skills.Fluency with Microsoft Office programs.Self-motivated, responsible, and excellent time management skills.Professional demeanor, well-organized, and attention to detail.360 Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer.
