**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise clerical and administrative personnel
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation in the administration areas
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
- Inspect and maintenance of internal facilities, Security and electrical and mechanical systems (telecommunications, IT, heat, electricity etc.)
- Procurement of key items for the company with the guidance of respective budget holders
- Ensure all internal staff could work without any disruptions in office infrastructure (networking, office equipment, IT assets, food sourcing etc.)
- Manage all inbound & outbound travel for internal staf
- Manage overall external vendors & staff requirements related to the administration role
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience as an Administration role
- Very good understanding of office management processes
- Experience with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Networking & IT knowledge will be an added advantage
- Diploma or Degree in administration or related field.
