Part of the MyResorts program featuring exclusive experiences for ALL members, it offers 413 rooms including 39 suites and villas with complete resort facilities: 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a Club Millesime VIP Lounge, Sofite FITNESS, Sofitel SPA, outdoor and indoor kids club and 24 function rooms including a Grand Ballroom and a Beachfront Ballroom.This luxury beach resort is located within the exclusive resort area in Nusa Dua, Bali with stunning sunrise, pristine beach, and a beachside pathways stretched over 7 km, perfect for morning walks or a cycling tour.Job DescriptionReporting to Club Millesime Manager, oversee the Club Millesime operations including the butler service, ensuring that the hotel standards and procedures are fully known and followed.Ensure uncompromising levels of cleanliness and maintenance through each ambassador's responsibility.Ensure appropriate stock level for the smooth run of the Club Millesime operations and prepare requisitions accordingly.Use proper telephone etiquette as per Sofitel standards.Ensure proper coverage and supervision of the lounge and butler service at all times.Personally supervise the breakfast service when the Lounge Supervisor is not on duty.Be present in the Club Millesime lounge during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail and socialize with guests, playing a Public Relations role.Ensure that all Club Millesime guests enjoy their stay and receive the finest personal service.Personally greet and escort the guests rather than pointing out directions.Ensure that the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information is respected.Act as a representative of the Management when dealing with guest complaints or if a member of the Sofitel Club Millésime team is facing difficulties that she/he cannot solve on her/his own.Manage any guest complaint in a professional manner, resolving it and making sure the guest is satisfied, and recording it.Be fully aware of and report all guest comments or complaints.Collect all profile details of any Club Millesime VIP one week prior to arrival and ensure a daily update of the guest preferences on the PMS.Double check details of all Club Millesime reservations 24 hours prior to arrival and follow every content.Personally supervise the Club Millesime VIP arrival (room block, room inspection, amenities) & welcome kit (international newspaper and welcome letter), as well as coordination with airport representative & Limousine driver.Ensure that the Senior Management is aware of all Club Millesime VIP arrivals.QualificationsDiploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.1 to 2 years working experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.Experience in an international hotel chain and in managing loyalty will be an advantage.Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required.Must speak fluent English.Proficiency in Opera Property Management System will be an added advantage.
