Strong preferred knowledge of Book 4 Time or similar spa software is also required.Classification: Full-TimeShift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.Pay Rate: The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.What will I be doing?As the Assistant Spa Director, you would be responsible for assisting the Director to ensure the efficient operation of the facility in accordance with local, state, and federal health and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities include participation in sales, marketing, merchandising, pricing, programming, leading fitness classes, conducting inventory, and recording and tracking financial statistics.
You will interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff.Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Operational Management: Assist the Spa Director in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and cleanliness.Guest Experience: Enhance guest satisfaction by providing personalized service and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate spa staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Financial Oversight: Assist in budget management, including revenue generation, cost control, and financial reporting.Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.Product and Service Development: Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new treatments and products to keep the spa offerings fresh and innovative.Compliance and Safety: Ensure all spa operations comply with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.What are we looking for?Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
