Our corporate tax specialists help structure business taxes, manage employment tax issues, and optimize employee share schemes during startup. Role Description This is a full-time remote position for an Administrative Assistant at SAFETY TAX. The role requires intermediate to advanced proficiency in English . If you do not meet this requirement, please do not apply . The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support, handle phone calls with professional etiquette, communicate effectively, and manage executive tasks. The position also involves customer service, client management, and sales support, making strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently essential for success in this remote role. Key Responsibilities for Remote Work: Client and Customer Management : Handle client communication, maintain relationships, and assist with customer inquiries and issues. Sales Support : Assist the sales team with managing leads, follow-ups, and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Time Management : Prioritize tasks, manage your schedule efficiently, and meet deadlines without direct supervision. Self-motivation and Discipline : Proactively organize tasks and manage workload remotely. Strong Communication Skills : Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and supervisors through email, chat, and video calls. Reliable Tech Setup : Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Teams, or Slack. Adaptability : Troubleshoot basic technical issues and quickly adapt to new technologies and systems. Qualifications Intermediate to Advanced English (both written and spoken) – If you do not meet this requirement, please do not apply Proven experience in Administrative Assistance , Executive Administrative Assistance , Customer Service , Client Management , and Sales Support Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Excellent Clerical skills with attention to detail Strong Organizational and Time-management abilities Problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with office equipment and software (printers, scanners, CRM systems) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred Experience working remotely is a plus Experience in Customer Service , Sales Support , or related fields is highly desirable
