**What you'll do**:
- HubSpot - Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system;
- Proposals creation;
- Contracts management;
- Support RFI/RFP processes;
- Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales appointments;
- Handling administrative tasks to make sure the sales team is running smoothly;
- Efficient and works effectively under tight deadlines;
- Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- A university degree in Business Administration or related fields;
- 1-2 years experience supporting technical products, ideally in the payments industry;
- Strong communication skills (Portuguese and English - Spanish is a plus);
- Ability to provide timely responses and follow up;
- Analytical and time management skills;
- Excellent team working, interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Show us that "you've got what it takes" to collaborate and build relationships with customers;
- Cherish one of our core ethos: Care.
You'll need to care for our clients and make sure they feel at home with our assistance;
- The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment;
- Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge.
