Job Description:
Principais atribuições:
- Foco no segmento de repintura automotiva atendendo clientes do setor como distribuidores e oficinas de reparos;
- Atendimento ao cliente;
- Gestão de todo o ciclo de reclamações, desde a abertura até a finalização;
- Suporte a instalação de softwares de cores;
- Contato com a área de produtos;
- Logística de treinamentos para clientes, pintores e distribuidores (emissão de certificados, reserva de carros, locação e organização de salas);
- Gestão do LMS (Axalta Academy)
Requerimentos:
- Inglês intermediário
- Desejável técnico em Química
- Imprescindível disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial na planta de Guarulhos
