**Responsibilities**:
- You will ensure the examination of the vehicles, and make sure (if needed) that they go to the car workshop as soon as possible;
- You will ensure the relationship with the partner services, suppliers, with insurers;
- You will checks the information received from the Service so that it ensures the correctness of the resolution of the request;
- You will respond to customer requests regarding any technical issues/damage that may occur during the rental;
- You will ensure the vehicle transfer to other locations (drive the vehicle to destination), if necessary, during the nighttime;
- You will update the tasks done using Excel & internal project management platforms.

Conditions of the position:
Monday - Friday: 8 hours of work + 1h lunchtime
IF NECESSARY, THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT REPRESENTATIVE WILL GO TO INTERVENTIONS OUTSIDE OF WORKING HOURS, CASE IN WHICH HE WILL BE PAID EXTRA.
