Assoc Product Release Analyst

Review and audit batch record data generated by Production in the processing of a batch of material or product.
Make sure that any batch record errors are fixed, all batch record components are present, and investigations are referenced and approved.
Issuance of the batch record documentation of Handling.
Ensure that quality goals are met and that all practices and procedures comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Develop and implement process improvements to improve compliance and/or efficiencies.
Ensure batch records are safely retained and archived

Lead problem-solving activities and coordinate the implementation of identified solutions

Communication and daily interaction with Quality Control, Planning and Supply Chain for preparation of release schedule, monitoring of analysis and prioritization of activities.
Report progress or delays in batch release to planning and supply chain teams.
Management of quality metrics related to Product Release activities.
Perform final release/rejection of products in the SAP system and block batches of products involved in investigations.
Participate in global conferences representing the Area of Product Release and Quality of the Guarulhos website, seeking alignment of our practices with corporate standards.
Complete higher education in Pharmacy

More than 2 years of general experience in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Pharmaceutical Technology/Validation

Knowledge of GMP regulations and standards affecting pharmaceuticalproducts

Good verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail

Good interpersonal/communication skills
