TDS is looking to complement this team with an Associate Client Product Manager as described below.About The Role:We are currently looking for an Associate Client Product Manager to add to our dynamic team. As an Associate Client Product Manager, you will handle the day-to-day components of builds, issue mitigation, proactive monitoring while also developing client-facing skills to manage projects directly with clients and vendors.What You'll Do:Troubleshooting - Personally troubleshoot customer-facing business and technical issues, drive issue escalation within TDS as needed, and communicate with Client or Client Services.Client Support - Participate in client meetings as requested. Serve as a technical and project guide for clients during the build phase, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed.Monitoring - Proactively monitor foundational systems and triage anomalies and bugs, escalating within TDS as needed.Problem Solving - Help strategically address business, product, and technical challenges to help customers leverage TDS' 1st Party product.
